PRICING
For all properties commercial and residential we charge $3.00 for each window face we wash, this includes a free screen cleaning and window sill cleaning. If the window is complex or hard to get to requiring movement of many objects to get to, or if its on a roof there will be additional fees. Our pricing also depends on how dirty a window is, if you can hardly see out of a window or there is paint stuck to the window additional fees apply. Our service is an affordable way to avoid scratching your windows or possibly harming yourself by going up on a ladder. We also provide discounts for returning customers as we recommend getting a window cleaning at the very least every six months. Waiting six months or more for window cleaning can lead to damage from dirt and grime buildup. Reminder that we cannot clean in between double pane glass, if there is error in the installation of the glass we cant be held responsible to clean that. We accept cash and check only!
